Peugeot 3008 Facelift revealed
Images have been revealed of the mid-life facelift Peugeot 3008, ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Changes include a revised grille with chrome inserts. Fog lights imbed lower down in the grille as well as LED headlights and restyled alloy wheels make up the exterior modifications.
The interior has been made more driver focused, with angled vents and a passenger grab handle. Updated switchgear and an extended leather package are also now available.
There are no changes to the engine, keeping the same six engines with three six-speed gearboxes available. Diesel engines are made up of a 115bhp 1.6-litre engine or a 150bhp and 163bhp 2.0-litre diesel engine. Petrol engines consist of 120bhp or 155bhp 1.6-litre units.
The 3008 HYbrid is fitted with the most powerful 163bhp 2.0-litre engine and twinned with a 37bhp electric motor and ETG6 gearbox, meaning 83mpg and emissions of only 88g/km of CO2.
Expected to hit showrooms at the end of the year, prices for the Peugeot 3008 will remain the same as the current model, starting at £17,000 and rising to £28,500 for the range-topping diesel hybrid model.
