SG Petch are delighted to announce our renewed sponsorship of Darlington Mowden Park RFC.

The two-year extension will see us continue as Principle Sponsor of Mowden Park’s ‘Club’ strand, which now encompasses 21 teams from the minis and juniors through to the amateur men’s and Premiership Women’s sections. The deal also sees SG Petch remain on the Mowden Park 1st XV jersey as an Official Sponsor until 2018.

John Sedgwick, General Manager SG Petch Darlington commented; “The development and support of local sport on all levels is extremely important to us as a company and Mowden Park have grown to represent something quite remarkable for Darlington and the region.”

“We’re delighted to be continuing our investment in both the grass-root element of the Club as well as the professionals. It’s been amazing to see the recent progressions of Mowden Park players, not least Katy McLean who has been at the Rio Olympics this summer. SG Petch are excited to be continuing the journey with Mowden Park and to be supporting the Club in unlocking its tremendous potential.”

Lee Rust, Managing Director of Darlington Mowden Park said; “Everyone at the Club is genuinely delighted that SG Petch have once again renewed their sponsorship. SG Petch have been with us since the original move to the Arena and that longevity is a great indication for the Club.”

“SG Petch have become involved with the Club on so many levels and their relationship is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when two organisations share the same values. I know the entire Club will want to thank John Sedgewick and Simon Rees in particular for their commitment to the partnership and we’ll look forward to welcoming all the SG Petch staff and their families back for the new season.”
