Nissan Launches New Aftersales Package, Nissan Service Care
Its now more affordable and hassle-free than ever before to own a Nissan. They have launched a extensive new aftersales package called Nissan Service Care. This new package includes fixed price servicing and parts and is available at all Nissan dealerships and service centres across the country.
These new packages have been re-designed from the ground up making the industry more straightforward and transparent. The new new scheme bundles together a range of services with a clear competitive pricing framework to improve the Nissan ownership experience.
Nissan assure that owners have the highest standards of care for their vehicles, by building on the Nissan network’s core strengths – manufacturer-trained technicians with exceptional product knowledge and superior quality parts.
Nissan Aftersales Director Chris Marsh, commented: “We have spent a great deal of time developing Nissan Service Care, studying the market place and consulting with our customers and dealers as we wanted to get it just right. As a result, I believe we have come up with a market-leading proposition for the benefit of our new and existing customers.
“Car servicing costs can be inconsistent making it difficult for customers to budget when it comes time to service their vehicle. Nissan Service Care removes any pricing uncertainty and ambiguity, introduces a new standard of affordability and builds trust and transparency.”
Nissan service customers will now pay one easy-to-understand flat rate based on the level of service their vehicle requires:
If the vehicle is high mileage and requires additional service items to be replaced, this will be identified to the customer and also available at a fixed price.
eVision vehicle assessment video
A trained technician will identify the customers problem or concern, film it and make a personalised video explaining what’s needed. The video will then be sent to the customer by video, so they can make an informed decision about the work they wish to have carried out.
Most of the common repairs will be available at a fixed price under the new fixed price element of Service Care.
Free vehicle software updates
With the service, a Nissan trained technician will check for any recall or service-related campaigns that remain outstanding on the customers vehicle and update the service software accordingly. This is to ensure the durability of the car – this is a service only available at an official Nissan service centre.
Free pan-European Roadside Assist
With the Nissan Service Care, all customers having a service on their vehicle will automatically receive one year’s free pan-European Roadside Assist, worth £95, helping them stay mobile with the minimum of inconvenience.
This offer doesn’t include LEAF, 350Z, 370Z, GT-R, Pathfinder, Navara, Patrol and LCV models.
