Mazda and Allianz in Roadside Assistance Deal
Mazda Motors UK Ltd have secured a new agreement with Allianz Global Assistance to provide European roadside assistance for the next three years, on all new Mazda cars sold from the 1st March 2013.
Allianz Global Assistance who are currently Mazda’s existing supplier, will provide Mazda with a new Extended and Approved Used Warranty Programme, as well as a Technical Hotline. This new agreement will build on an existing strong relationship.
Mazda’s SKYACTIV technology, which has won a number of awards, has been developed to increase fuel efficiency, and has been featured in Mazda’s latest models such as the CX-5 and the Mazda 6, this combines exceptional environmental credentials without compromising on performance.
Throughout the two companies relationship, Allianz has gained access to Mazda’s highly trained roadside assistance technicians helping support Mazda owners. Irrespective of the model they customers gain support in a number of instances, so as there vehicle breaking down, has a puncture, lost their keys, run out of fuel or inadvertently filled it with incorrect fuel.
