Kia’s B-segment MPV has been named ‘Best Small MPV’ in the 2014 What Car? JD Power owner satisfaction survey results today.

Kia also rose to 9th equal in the manufacturer rankings, up from last years’ 15th, ahead of some notable premium brands. All the Kia models improved on their positions from last year.

“With significant investments being made by our dealer network, our great value Care-3 all-inclusive servicing plans and, of course, our industry leading seven year warranty we aim to continue providing ‘Family Like Care’ to customers across the country’ added Philpott.
The JD Power survey took place between January and March 2014, using cars registered between January 2011 and December 2012. Only models with more than 4000 sales were considered – 109 were surveyed in total.
