Join 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning' at SG Petch

Mazda dealership, SG Petch, is inviting people in Darlington to get involved in ‘the world’s biggest coffee morning’ on Friday 28 September to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan Coffee MorningMacmillan’s famous series of annual coffee mornings has been running since 1991 and has raised more than £82 million to benefit the lives of people affected by cancer.

On Friday 28 September, the SG Petch showroom in McMullen Road will be open from 09.00-to-19.00. Embracing the charity fund-raising spirit, SG Petch staff will be demonstrating their baking skills with a variety of cakes to accompany the all-day coffee morning.

“Cancer is the toughest fight most of us will ever face and Macmillan can be there every step of the way to make sure no one has to go through the battle alone,” comments, John Sedgwick, Dealer Principal, S G Petch.

“We urge people to come along to our showroom on Friday, enjoy some great cakes and make a donation to help improve the lives of cancer-sufferers and their families. Macmillan raised an incredible £10 million from last year’s coffee mornings across the UK and it would be great to help them beat that figure in 2012,” adds Sedgwick.

There are currently two million people living with cancer in the UK and by 2030 that figure is expected to rise to almost four million. If you can’t make it to the showroom coffee morning, you can make a donation at morning.

To join ‘the world’s biggest coffee morning’, to find out more about the Mazda range of cars, or arrange a test drive, visit the S G Petch showroom on Friday 28 September, or call 01325 488 886.

Starbucks will also be providing coffee at SG Petch Durham.
