Hyundai models to get full Reevoo
Hyundai UK have announced a partnership with Reevoo, which is a website featuring user-generated ratings and reviews. They will feature on hyundai.co.uk.
This gives all Hyundai owners their opinion on their car to give potential buyers an insight into what their cars are like to live with day-to-day. A product rating will feature on Hyundai’s website and all Reevoo’s verified responses and customer testimonials are also included in search engine results making it quick and easy for a new buyer to see exactly what existing owners think of that particular car.
Andrew Cullis, Marketing Director, Hyundai Motor UK, says: “According to Hyundai’s own research, three out of four buyers will read owner reviews as part of their purchase research. That is why we have chosen to carry the Reevoo ratings alongside our products.
“Having these independent reviews improves the customer experience as all the information required to make an informed decision, is in one place. The reviews also benefit us as the manufacturer, as it gives us the chance to build a better understanding of what our owners think. From this feedback, Hyundai can then identify areas to improve existing products and services.”
Customer reviews will provide potential Hyundai customers with an even greater level of transparency, with every owner scoring a particular Hyundai model based on their own experiences. The Reevoo ratings will also be displayed on Hyundai’s bespoke mobile website making it easier for buyers to research their next car on the move.

Hyundai will implement several Reevoo additional functions, including the Ask an Owner feature that enables potential customers to put questions directly to verified owners and receive genuine, unedited answers. Brand Response will allow Hyundai to engage with customers directly through Reevoo to respond to consumers’ comments and provide them with any additional information they might need.
