100,000 UK Sales For the Fiat 500
The Fiat 500 has had outstanding success in the UK and its been confirmed after the 100,000th has been sold here last month, just four and a half years since its launch.
Passing this milestone demonstrates that the Fiat 500 is still high on customers shortlists, when it comes to choosing a new super mini. This follows on from April’s official UK sales figures, this placed the Fiat 500 inside the top 10 sellers with 2,600 vehicles sold.
The Fiat 500 has received a number of awards such as the International Car of the Year in 2008, Fleet World Honours, Best City Car (2011); BusinessCar Awards City of the Year (2011); What Car? Green Awards Supermini (2010); GreenFleet Awards City of the Year (2009); Auto Express Best City Car (2008); and Auto 1 Awards Small and Compact Vehicle (2008).
The Fiat 500 has been released in a number of limited edition versions such as the 500 Pink, 500 Matt Black, 500byGucci and the 500byDiesel.

The 500 is available in a choice of ultra-low emissions Euro 5 engines: 85bhp 0.9-litre TwinAir, 69 bhp 1.2-litre and 95 bhp 1.3-litre MultiJet turbodiesel, the Fiat 500 has a starting price of just £9,960 OTR for the 1.2 Pop, representing outstanding value for money.
